Reiki I

Description

The first level of Reiki teaches the five principles of Reiki, the history and lineage of Usui Reiki as it has been handed down to Monica, concepts of ki/chi/prana, and how to treat yourself, friends, and family. In this one-day workshop, you will be attuned to the first level of Reiki, participate in a group Reiki session, and both give and receive one-on-one treatments. You will receive a Reiki level 1 workbook pdf prior to the class, and a certificate of completion once you've finished. This is a companion course to Reiki Level 2 and Reiki Level 3.
